All the submitted materials for I-485 including: all the tax-return records; physical examination report from the INS assigned doctors; approval copy of I-140; form I-485; etc.
No criminal record from China. You can also submitted your I-765 for EAD card and I-131 for advance parole cases together with your I-485 applications, but you need to submit the application fees for each case seperatedly.
