This is not true, I485 will be approved by I485 notice date

From all information, eg. processing date or you call them. they will tell you they processing I485 according to the received(noticed date). That is wht the processing date will move forward. In the case of BEC, there are brothers and sisters with PD as early as 2001. If they get LC in this month they definitely will ted their I485 later then those PERMs or NIWs have been submitted recently. The NC will take time also, but the earlier they submit the I485, the earlier they will get their NC clear in general. In this case, when USCIS has moved into the earlier I485 sumbitted date, the earlier I485er will get approval. This is what happend now if you check the www.trackitt.com. You will find a lot of later PD case being approved much earlier than the BECs. This will only be eliminated at long retrogess has been established.
