H1沒有拿到485Receipt之前到底能不能離開美國？

剛把485交了，現在聽說485receipt下來那天我必須人在美國。是不是那樣？還有這次回國還要申請H1 re－entry 簽證。會不會有問題，如果我沒有485 receipt的話？先謝了！
