Frozen 485 case in NSC

Today just called the secretary of our state senator, he forwarded me the message from NSC IO that all the 485 cases were frozen because of 0 visa numbers. There will be no single case approved even if your NC is done until Oct. 1. And the guesses such as saved or allocated visa numbers for some 485s were really misleading. However, I noticed that there was several cases got approved recently in TSC. I have no idea what is going on. But that is for sure: FFFF@@@@CCCC$$$$$ing NSC is very slow and inconsiderate.
