Should Birth Certificate be issued from the city where you were

I was born in a city in a south province. My Birth Certificate was issued in Beijing as I was living in Beijing before I went aboard. The information on the Birth Certificate is correct and matches the passport. Would this be good enough or I should get one from my hometown? Thanks for advice.
