回複：OPT or H4? help please!

1. better to use OPT. If you don't use, it becomes invalid three months after graduation. OPT just like a temporary green card. You can work anywhere or any kind of job for one year.
2. H4 cannot work untill you change to H1B or get greencard.
3. apply OPT within three months before or after gradation. go to international student office(ISO) at your school for preparing OPT files and consulting.It is their duty to help you get OPT.
4. I don't believe your hu*****and can get H-1B before October unless he works for a nonprofit organization or school.
