I-485 問題請教

我是2005年遞交的labor certificate申請， 最近剛批下來。 我可以在8月17日之前同時申請i-140和i-485嗎？我看到七月2日的通報上eb-3是current.
另外， 如何做移民體檢？是不是很多clinic都可以？
