If I were you, I would call for all BEC members to protest, just like the ones did on this month. I had quite a fight with people on this forum on the exact date of July 4th. I said we should as a community protest government's abuse of power. Back then everyone was afraid of filing a suit. Now that you have decided to leave this country, what else are you afraid of? Cannot you just stand up and file a suit against the department of Labor? Had legal immigrants do something earlier, there could be much better chances for everyone to enjoy this country. Just my thought. Take care whatever you want to do, but think retrospectively, maybe this is a good lesson to learn in a hard way for us all.
