under the current immigration system. August VB is U means no visa number for the fiscal year 2007 (all visa numbers are already allocated). When the new fiscal year starts in Oct, visa numbers of the new year will come. But what the visa number cut-off date will be, it will move back at least to 2005, since BEC will lease all cases before Oct. All BEC cases will be assigned the visa numbers since they have much older dates.

In next two years, VB will move very slowly. But maybe there will be immigration reform. We don't know what will happen.
