do not worry. generally, teh audit concentrates on

payroll tax, teh payment to the employees who work in teh company not in other company, etc. They generally do not think about whether the person has legal or illegal work permit. I think teh auditor will not or maybe will not realize about the issue of legal or illegal worker at all.
