To my knowledge, the H1B petition will be automatically terminated if you are traveling overseas during the course. It is highly suggested not to travel whilst H1B petition is pending.

Premium shall be the top priority since the regular appllication will be costing you at least 6months under the current situation, which you can not afford at all.
