急問J1 waiver 材料

申請 J1 waiver 除了 data sheet 和中國使館的 No Objection Statement 外 還需要寄什麽材料給美方？美方給的 Direction 似乎隻要一封Statement和 IAP-66 的複印件。其他簽證，護照， I-94 卡的複印件，老板的推薦信都沒要求。那為什麽以前有人發貼說要寄這些材料啊？ 滿腦霧水！！求過來人指點。多謝！！我是J1來美國，現以轉為F1。
