I-485 Questions 請教 PJiang and Xiaobaitu.Thanks

I was on F1(have F1 visa stamp) status. But I am currently on H1B (have NO H1B visa stamp) status. Las Month I visited Canada and came back (This is my last enter) using visa revalidation after changing status from F1 to H1B. I have never applied a H1B visa.How can I answer the questions below:

In what status did you last enter?

Nonimmigration Visa Number?

Consulate where visa was issued?

Any input will be highly appreciated!
