移民局最可能的結果

我認為目前所謂移民局會接受JULY FILING 並給EAD和AP， 純屬謠言，理由很簡單，
如果我們有這些優惠，那麽那些I-130批了的，在美國內外等排期的公民兄弟姐妹，
永久居民配偶豈不更有理由馬上要簽證和工卡了？美國移民政策豈不大亂！
最可能的結果是移民局給7月2日FILE 的人PAYMENT VOUCHER， 等他們能FILE 的時
候，不用按新標準付費。
