Everything can happen. The AUSA told me that my case cannot move forward unless my wife's nc is clear.

Can you give some details of your cases. Ours I-140/I-485 PD is 4/13/2005, I-140 approved 5/2/2005. 1st FP 8/2005, 2nd FP 5/2008, NC and I-485 pending over 2.5 years. TSC
