strongly support !!!

The current mess on July VB would not be so much significant in long term thinking. In other words, sooner or later everybody will be allowed to ted 485. But the most uncertain thing is NC, there is no way you could control it and seems none of DOS, USCIS and FBI would like to do anything about it, rather this gives them a good way to delay your GC. Just think even the visa numbers are increased dramatically later, you still could not get GC in years due to NC pending. So I strongly agree this is the biggest concern of us, especilly for Chinese.
