Hi Modem,

My wife and I are all using TN now. Her company can support her to get H1B, and apply for the Green Card. But I don't know what I need to do. Because if I get H4(is this the right name for a dependent of H1B?), I will lost my TN. If my employer cannot support me to get H1B, then I cannot work any more.

Do you know how can I fix this problem?
