我和家人的H1B/4在2008-4月到期. 我的新大學申請了我的H1Btransfer,我一旦報到後,家人是否必須馬上申請延期? 還是他們目前的H4繼續有效到4/2008? 因為可能在明年4月之前要回國看老人. 另外,付申請費可以用個人支票嗎? 多謝了!
