急問小白兔等熱心人,戶籍證明

REF如下:

a copy of your family register census showing your parentage, which has registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth.

我隻要公證我父母的戶口本就行了嗎?

他們的戶口本上沒有我,我已於多年前,從家鄉遷到北京,後出國,戶口從北京注銷.
我需要證明我的戶口曾在家鄉嗎?
