請教，關於H1Btransfer中的H4是否要一起申請。

當我H1B在A校的時候，我老公從在國外申請了H4來美國看我。因為我現在要轉到B校，B校請了一個非專業的律師幫我辦H1transfer. 今天律師來信告訴我說，因為我老公的H4是不基於任何學校的，所以我轉校並不影響他。一句話，他不需要跟我一起transfer。我不知道我的律師說的是否有道理。多謝advice。
