485 TSC； EAD/AP 應往哪裏送？

遞485的時候把EAD和AP給忘了。現在應該往哪裏遞？
另外，TSC到底比NSC好在哪裏？為什麽那麽多人打聽TSC的通訊地址？難道是保密的嗎？還聽說有的律師可以開後門遞到TSC，是真的嗎？據了解目前所有的485都應該送到NSC，然後由NSC分一部分給TSC。那麽哪些可以分給TSC？是按州劃分的嗎？還是隨機的？
