I got the totally same messages for my 485 application before it was approved. In fact, the first letter is the answer to your phone request, while they misspelled your address, then it was returned. If you call again after 30 days, they will send it to you again. It means nothing. In my case, it mentioned that "your case was delayed because of background check...." if you go to infopass, they will ask you to change your address, while you do not move recently, that is what happened to me!
