please help for my H1 Renew-xiaopaitu, pjiang....

H1馬上到期了，想自己申請（小公司，沒有專門律師）。求教大家有沒有誰自己最近辦過的，請指教一下。

最費解的就是h1的費用到底會多少（7/30以後），還需要500刃的Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee 和1500刃的@#￥#training fee嗎？
