回複：What's the difference between PD and RD?

Priority Date may be earlier than Received Date, this is true when you I-140 is based on Labor Certificate.

The PD in such case is Labor Certificate date, and RD is the date your I-140 is actually received.

Your PD is earlier than you start filing I-140, in the case.
