到加拿大landing是否會影響申請綠卡申請？

我申請了加拿大移民，計劃前往landing. 同時，我在排期等待遞交485。請問，landing加拿大會影響485的申請嗎？是否有人在申請加拿大綠卡後，順利拿到綠卡？非常感謝你的回答！
