Experts please! Called USCIS yesterday

I called CIS yesterday. IO told me my 485 is waiting in line for available agents. He asked me to call back again after 60-90 days if I have not heard anything. What does it mean? Does it mean they have not assigned a visa No to my case or they assigned a visa No but have not assigned to someone to look at it. This IO was not nice at all and always tried to stop conversation.
