I-140 and I-485 filed at VSC in March, 2005.(NIW)
I-140 approved in May, 2005.
1 FP (code 3) in Aug. 2005
Letter from VSC indicating security pending, December, 2005
Wrote letter to congressman, FBI and first lady before Christmas.
Letter from FBI indicating security check done in March, because the letter to First lady.
Transfered to TSC in March, 2007.
Letter from TSC in June, indicating additional review needed.
A lot of call to TSC for status, was told they are being worked on. Wait for one more month.
Call national service this week, was told, they are woking on that. Did not see addtional security needed.
To my question whther it is no pending case approved before October as there is no vias no for 2007. Answer, not nessary, that was said from Dos but not USCIS.
Wrote letters to congressman and Director on Tuesday this week.
You can guess, how frustrated I have been during this process, fortunately they all have been approved, good for my daughter, she is doing to college next year.
