I don't thnk so. Some people like LZ will still say the same thing even if DOS announced the revised July VB one week earlier. What are they doing? Nothing but their EAD, AP, and/or 485s. Personally, I strongly support USCIS for their revised July VB on July 2nd. I wish they will not change it back to the original one.

For those people who are against the lawsuit, we should do the same thing like sending the support letters to the senators, congressmen, and media.
