to whom turn on gc application on July 2 ( before 9.30). esp on June 30, July 1


all application on those days will not be returned. the uscis has asked more visa number for those who turned on already.

For your information, my lawyer sent me this e-mail today:

There was an AILA teleconference this afternoon and we learned that the TSC has been instructed (and I presume the Nebraska Service Center as well) not to send back rejected applications yet until further notice. I have not received one single rejection so far and this may explain it. "

Uscis has given visa number to those people.
