H1B申請AP了，還沒有批，可以旅行嗎？

我是H1B身份。
485 和 AP已經同時申請了。
AP pending, 可以旅行嗎？
我想這邊AP先申請著，回去辦個H1B簽證回來。
我查了USCIS的規定，是這樣的，I485pending,H1身份可以離境，不需要申請AP.

但填寫AP的instruction 上說：
If you travel before the advance parole document is issued, your application will be deemed abandoned You depart from the United States。他們的field manual上甚至說，同時導致abandon I-485.
AP 的instruction 和Adjudicator's Field Manual 都沒有提到H1B是特例。

我的理解是485 pending,可以離境。但隻要遞交了AP的申請，就要等。

迷惑啊？誰知道這是怎麽回事啊？ 有沒有哪個official的文件裏麵提到這種情況？
