傷心地再問小白兔等高人,I485

我的Derivative adjustment I-485被誤認為direct adjustment I-485,錯誤地被拒掉.
1. Decision信上說我不能appeal, 沒提是否可motion to reopen. 那我可以選擇motion to reopen嗎? 還是既不能appeal也不能motion to reopen?
2. 去了當地的移民局, 移民官說讓我寫封信給CIS,說明一下情況,不用appeal,也不用motion to reopen. 這樣可行嗎?
3. motion to reopen等待其間,我可以申請EAD嗎? 可以續H1嗎?
4. 如果我等待重新遞交I485, 等待其間,老公拿到綠卡. 而我的H1又到期, 那我是什麽身份呢?又沒有H1,又不能遞I-485?
5. 我應如何選擇呢?
