I am not sure this will be a good idea because once you switch to H-4, you may not go back to school. Also, I am not sure if there will be adverse impact on your 485 if you change your status.
As if that was me, I would go because mostly this case will not be accepted in a short time. If you go back just for short break, it will mostly be ok.
Just my 2 cents.
