體檢皮試,急,請幫忙!

昨天剛體檢, 打了TB皮試, 今天晚上胳膊上已經有了一個兩毛五硬幣大小的紅包包. 本人從沒有任何肺病, 請問各位大蝦這個包包明天回變小嗎? 如何知道自己是不是postive? 多謝!
