Oooh.. That means the key point is to get married before the GC approval. After that, she can use I824 to apply the so called "geng1 Sui2" green card. Could you give some more information about this kind of GC? Should I file something for her before my GC approval?

Another question. Somebody tells me that my wife still has chance to join my I485 application before my GC approval. Do you think I can let her join my GC application even if she is IN CHINA? (Since I lost my H-1B, I do not think she could come her before her GC approved) Also in that case, she will get GC at the same time with me?
