Please help! j1 expert, SOS!!

Dear brother and sister,

From DOS, I found that my j1 waiver required for sponsor view. From my DS2019 form my J1 sponsor is our university and I did not send my supervisor's support letter. Anybody know where the j1 case could be sent. To the university or my superviser or some where else.
