Updates on USCIS holding 485 cases

"For your information, my lawyer sent me this e-mail today:

There was an AILA teleconference this afternoon and we learned that the TSC has been instructed (and I presume the Nebraska Service Center as well) not to send back rejected applications yet until further notice. I have not received one single rejection so far and this may explain it. "
