Thanks for your reminding. But, If I add their names into the family member part of the form, is this equivalent to the joined filing, my wife and son and me? if it is not, why some persons here worry about their spouse's status when they file 140? such as problems for changing from H4 to F1, and OPT application and so on. I am confused by such discussion here.
