XBT, H4 after H1B transfer

H1 transfer 到不同的公司之後, DEPENDENT 的H4 有必要重新FILE嗎? 還是H4隻跟著H1, 不管H1的公司是哪個都有效?
H4的I797/I94 還有近兩年有效期. 謝.
