I have same situation as yours with my daughter's (16 year old) case pending. I went to INfoPass to inquire about it last month. The officer first told me that my case was not approved yet so my daughter's case was pending. After I told him that my case was approved, he sent a service request to TSC and asked me leave a phone number, but I have never received a call.

I just called USCIS yesterday about my daughter's case. One person (I don't know if he is officer but I know he is high level than customber reprenestative) told me that he can not find my name and my wife's name according to my daughter's case number. It seemed that they missed up my daughter's case with somebody else whose case is pending. Hopefully service request will solve the problem.

Both my wife and I are luck to get GC in early June, but never think that the problem occurs to my daughter's case.
