回複：get 3rd FP, NC still pending

I have almost the same situatin as you. I140/485 filed Oct 2004 at VSC, still at VSC, not transfered. did 3 time FP. and went twice for infopass, name check pending. I called USCIS, a guy told me that USCIS send two different names to FBI for name checking. (I have a three words name, so USCIS send two names: one is ** last name, another one is *-* last name.) One name check is back andotgher one is still pending. I do not know why USCIS do such thing for name check. Do yopu have any information about how they send your name to FBI for name check? Thanks for sharing.
