I don't think it is a problem. Let me tell you my story

That was 8 years ago. I worked for company A. Company A was going to be acquired by company B. At the same time, I found another job and decided to join company C. Due to the acquisition, company B helped me to transfer my H1. 4 days later, company C started to transfer my H1 as well. Both of them were based on my H1 with company A. Both were approved. A month after I received H1 approval for company B, I quit. At that time I also have got H1 approval for company C in my hand. Before starting at company C, I used H1 with company C to go back to China. I came back and everything was fine.
