Both EAD and 485 were ted in this June and haven't received the receipt notice yet. Currently at H1B and it will be expired on 09/30.
Wanted to apply for H1B extension. However it seems that the boss doesn't want to sign the documents after he knows that I have ted the 485 (a Chinese boss!)
Anyone knows how long the EAD will be approved in current situation? Will it be possible to be denied? For what reasons?
