經過1年9個月的努力, 我今天終於拿到綠卡了.

I140/I485 EB1 filed on 9 月2005 (排期前一天) to VSC
I140 approved on April 2006
1st FP 12/2005
2nd FF 5/2007
case transfered to TSC March 2007
I485 approved on July 2nd

During the case processing, I applied AP/EAD three times. the last time one week before approval (can't get the money back). Went back home twice with AP.報Wrote to congressman one month before approval (no response)
visited infopass twice.

在申請綠卡其間從這個論談中得到很多有用的信息,謝謝大家.我的經驗是自己要做好充足的HOMEWORK before you hire an attorney. 同時好的律師是很重要的.我的律師在申請遞出以後仍就給我了很多建議, 在我申請AP和EAD以及身份問題上給了我很明確的答複.
最近看到大家在論壇上發很多牢騷, 使我想起2005年大排期前我們的情況.我想在論壇裏還是多給大家提供一些信息的好.牢騷對任何人都沒有借鑒價值.最後祝大家都順利拿到綠卡.
