結婚GC與考公民

我與公民2006年2月結婚，2007年6月臨時GC批準，並告知2009年3月可以申請正式GC.
請問：1。WHEN 可以申請公民？
2. 是結婚3年？還是拿到GC 3年？
3。是正式GC 3 年？ 還是從臨時GC算 3 年？
4. 如果從臨時GC算，是不是2年臨時GC,加1 年正式GC,共3年即可申請公民？
