1.The visa numbers were only assigned, not approved yet, so still lots of work to get them approved.
2.There were so many 485 submissions on July 2, who do you think will handle/return them? They won't go back with their own legs...
3.There are still lots of 485 pendings, which means they can do pre-processing to get the case to ready-for-approval status.
So, dude, bad news if you were working there: still plenty of work to do. No vacation!
