EB2 485 Pending in TSC since 11/22/06, Nothing updated

My laywer sent a letter to TSC for status inquiry two
weeks ago, no response yet;

No InfoPass did before;

In TSC, current 485 processing date is September 11, 2006;

Did anybody get same case as mine?
