About I-485 status hotline...

Since I didn't get any information about name check through infopass 3 weeks ago in New York, where I was just told my case was transfered to Texas and 2nd finger print records were received by CIS, and the officer couldn't find any info. in his computer about my name check is pending or cleared....Most people say they know the status of name check, why mine is an exception? BTW, My PD is Aug.05, NIW

I tried to talk with someone in Texas CIS but the phone was always automatic answers, I wanted to talk with a livley person, could anybody kindly give me the telephone number? Thanks.

Hate but have to deal with these bastards...
