急問：至今未收到 H-1B extension receipt notice，怎麽辦？H-1B extension receip

公司的律師說我的H-1B extension petition 於5月14日（在它expire前）寄出，但至今未收到receipt notice. 律師說是因為四月份申請H-1B的人很多，影響了處理速度。可我覺得不太對，這也太久了。


現在我的H-1B已經過期了，EAD 卡到今年8月，以經遞交了renew申請。我現在是否還有合法的H-1B status?
