xiaobaitu大俠和各位高人, please help

My I485 with PD carryover request filed in June was returned. I enclosed two I140 approval notices (One is EB2 with PD 09/16/2005, the other is EB3 with PD 01/28/05). I guess they did not know how to handle PD carryover.

However, even without PD carryover, I was still current based on my EB2 PD only. I do not know why they chose to return it. Now I am screwed.

I am thinking of returning the same package and attaching an explanation letter. However, I am very concerned they might think I am a July filer this time and return it again.

Anybody has any idea? I will very appreciate it. They received my I485 on June 15.
