Xiaobaitu - Urgent, please help F1-H1b Gap, sorry for not typing

My H1-B got approved in May and will be effective in Oct. 1. But I dropped off from a doctoral program in June (so I don't have OPT). In order to cover the gap, I applied for an MBA program in the same university and got admitted in May, right now (July) my new I-20 is processing...

My question is: will my new F-1 status cancel out my H1-b visa? Thank you very much!
